The Village Center, located on New Broad Street, is the hub of Baldwin – home to some of the best and most unique shops, restaurants, services and watering holes in the Greater Orlando area. There’s even a fully operational brewery with a number of thirst-quenching beer varieties sure to hit the spot on a hot Florida day. With events happening nearly every weekend, there’s never time for boredom in Baldwin.

The proud history of Baldwin Park started nearly 70 years ago when the United States Army Air Corps and Air Force used the land as a base. The Orlando Naval Training Center welcomed nearly 650,000 recruits for basic training in the 1960’s.

Lake Baldwin and Baldwin Park take their names from Robert H. B. Baldwin, former Secretary of the Navy. A Veterans Park on the northern shore of Lake Baldwin has been created to commemorate that 60-year period of history.
